A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Strategic Pricing and Price Transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Develops guiding principles for pricing transparency in collaboration with executive leadership

Oversees compliance with pricing transparency regulations and manages organizational responses to regulatory inquiries

Leads the development of a strategic pricing approach aligned with the organization's mission and collaborates across various departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory roles

In-depth knowledge of pricing transparency regulations and hospital pricing structures

Experience in developing pricing strategies for healthcare services

Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives and project management
