Key Responsibilities :

Office Management : Maintain office supplies inventory, ensure the office is clean and organized, and manage office equipment maintenance.

Communication : Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.

Scheduling : Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls, including scheduling and confirming meeting logistics.

Document Preparation : Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Data Entry : Accurately input and update data in company databases and maintain organized records.

Support Services : Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.

Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and employee activities.

Client Interaction : Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Mail Handling : Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.

Project Assistance : Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various office equipment.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Skills : Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Interpersonal Skills : Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Detail-Oriented : Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
