S tate Farm Agency, located in Dallas, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Front Office / Customer Service.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English and willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Provide excellent customer service. You will receive :

Requirements
- Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license
- Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
- Must have a clean criminal background / Background check will be performed.
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
