RECEIVING CLERK - PART-TIME (MUST BE ABLE TO START AT 6 : 00AM)

As a part-time Receiving Clerk will oversee all deliveries to the hotel and assist the Purchasing Manager in the organization in all storage areas of the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Receiving hotel deliveries and shipments
- Ensure paperwork is signed and processed upon receipt
- Inspect product for quality based on hotel standards
- Verify quantities based on purchase orders and invoices
- Record all invoice discrepancies and returns and report to Purchasing Manager
- Proper labeling of product upon delivery
- Proper record keeping and logging procedures
- Organization and cleanliness of all storage areas. (Receiving dock, walk ins, dry storage, guest luggage room)
- Proper stocking of all areas, including grab & go market.
- Assist in monthly inventory audits
- Assist in ordering in Purchasing Manager’s absence
- F&B admin work as needed by F&B directors

Job Requirements :
- Verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Basic math & record taking ability.
- Knowledge & ability to learn admin software & System
- High School diploma or equivalent required; previous convention / event and catering sales experience preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverage / events desired.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to frequently negotiate convince sell and influence other managerial personnel hotel guest(s) and / or corporate clients.
- Experience with professional selling skills desired : opening probing supporting closing
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially MS Suite
- Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, strong organization and presentation skills
