Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a quality engineer on a government contract with our customer in Louisville, KY.

This assignment should last approximately seven months and could be extended.

Job Description :

The senior quality engineer will be inspecting product, researching, and completing certification documentation for inspected product.

This person will work in a team environment reviewing, inspecting, and putting together certification packets of product to present to government inspectors.

Required :

• Four (4) + years working in a high paced manufacturing environment in the quality field.
• Four-year engineering degree; years of experience can substitute for degree requirement.
• Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft)
• GD&T
• Basic Blueprint Reading
• Experience in Corrective Actions (5-Why, 8-D, A3 and Fishbone diagrams)
• Experience reviewing product certifications
• Product Inspection and Evaluation
• Creating and Processing Reports
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of our organization
