Customer Service Representative
Robert Half Lexington is offering multiple contract to hire employment opportunities for a Lexington-based company for a Customer Service Representative role in the hospitality industry.
The role focuses on managing customer reservation requests and troubleshooting a variety of client issues over the phone.
The selected candidate will be expected to work efficiently, maintain accurate records via data entry in multiple software platforms, and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
Multiple shifts / days of the week schedules are available some 1st shifts and many 2nd shifts are open! Apply today to be considered!
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer reservation requests via inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately enter reservation details into the system
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers
- Utilize proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks effectively
- Utilize skills in Inbound Call Center, Inbound Outbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, and Resolve Customer Service
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
