In this full-time leadership role, youll be the heart and soul of the front desk, the go-to problem solver, and the right hand to the Studio Manager. You'll play a critical role in shaping the member experience and empowering your team to deliver excellence every single day.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front desk staff to provide top-tier service

Handle member concerns with care and confidencealways aiming for quick, effective solutions

Lead by example in meeting and exceeding sales goalsMotivate the front desk team to maximize leads, close memberships, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint

Youll be the face our members see mostgreet them with energy, learn their stories, and become a trusted point of contact

Own the details : process membership paperwork, resolve billing issues, manage class declines and unpaid sessions
