- Resolve cash application issues that are brought to teams attention by various groups.
- Perform quality assurance and compliance in AR activities
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cash receipts reports for management
- Audit / check and verify daily deposits entered by other groups as well as daily cash balancing
- Investigate unapplied cash and resolve outstanding balances
- Work with offshore team in maintaining daily cash reconciliation spreadsheets for each lockbox and resolving cash reconciling items
- Answer questions regarding pay portals, electronic remittance advices, merchant accounts, payment sources and other cash sources for other groups
