In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and matching clients with their ideal apartment homes, providing a seamless and efficient rental experience.
As an Apartment Locator, you will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and desired location.
Utilizing your knowledge of the local real estate market, you will conduct thorough research to identify available apartments that meet their criteria.
Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be pivotal in negotiating lease terms on behalf of the clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Hold a valid real estate agent license
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or apartment locator
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Customer-oriented approach and ability to build rapport with clients
