Program Manager (PM)

TekSynap is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to serve as the single point of accountability for CNSL IT Maintenance and Support Program delivery, ensuring mission success across all task areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a 20+ FTE workforce across HQ, subordinate commands, and flyaway teams.
  • Serve as primary interface with CNSL N6 COR, KO, and leadership.
  • Oversee cost, schedule, and performance for all contract tasks.
  • Manage risk, staffing, surge support, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. (Master's preferred).
  • 1015+ years program management, with DoD / Navy IT experience.
  • Program Management Professional / DAWIA highly desirable.
  • Clearance : Secret (Top Secret preferred).
  • 8570 certification : Not applicable.

    We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join our team at the Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (CNSL) HQ N6 department.
