The Processing Specialist deals with the day-to-day maintenance and recurring tasks of the processing function. This role supports the team’s Processing Analysts so that they can focus on the broader, more complex, and forward-thinking issues affecting the function.

Core Job Responsibilities :

  • Review detailed credit card processing information on a large-scale utilizing Excel.
  • Ensure DFF mids are onboarded with the card networks within days of location onboarding.
  • Off-board locations from DFF as they delete from RN’s platform.
  • Conduct research when issues arise regarding member transaction data.
  • Complete processor change requests.
  • Pursue best practices for management of card processing including compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Banking or credit card processing industry background is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Salesforce Lightening
  • Ability to navigate databases and use Excel as an analytical tool (Vlook ups, etc,)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and willing to learn and accept challenges.
  • Thrive in fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
  • Exhibit an established track record of delivering results on time.
  • Responsive to the needs of the department and can tackle various responsibilities.
  • High regard for industry compliance and maintaining and safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years experience
  • College degree preferred
