This role may also be located in the Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience in a technology / media company or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications :

  • MBA, or Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or a business field.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Experience working as a Manager.
  • Ability to understand and articulate to executive teams, while maintaining excellent attention to execution details.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings with executives and business partners across multiple functions in an organization.
  • Excellent program management, problem-solving, prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Advocate, amplify and execute on initiatives, bring in new perspectives and lead the change management with our stakeholders.
  • Deliver strategy projects and initiatives for executives (including for Senior Vice President of GBO, Vice President of GTM), support executive engagements and communications, lead Annual Planning activities, support shaping the agenda for cadence of executive meetings.
  • Partner with teams across GBO, GTM, and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, PeopleOps, Communications.
  • Learn from senior leaders and work with them to address both the top challenges and opportunities for our business, and be in the room where it happens when decisions are made.
