Job Requirements :
- Law degree and member of the California bar
- Korean / English Bilingual
- High problem-solving skills; ability to communicate and relate at all levels of the organization
- 5+ years corporate law experience at law firm or in-house
- Experience in the food / food manufacturing industry a plus
- Highly motivated; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
