Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial data for multiple companies, including accounts payable, payroll, and general ledgerProcess accounts payable and receivable transactions, and manage payroll and reimbursement processingReconcile bank statements and prepare required filings such as Federal Forms 1099 / 1096Required QualificationsAssociate's degree in accounting5 or more years of accounting and financial administration experienceAdvanced hands-on experience with QuickBooks and payroll applicationsProven ability to work independently and remotelyFlexible to perform other duties and work on special projects as needed
