Job Description :

The Strategy and initiatives Manager is responsible for supporting the build-out of the Global Client Coverage initiative strategically and operationally, and developing and leading strategic / business development projects in close collaboration with relevant business segments.

Incumbents drive strategic planning and target development, prioritize efforts and track progress / performance.

The Enterprise Fair Lending Strategy Initiatives Manager works across multiple lines of businesses to drive Fair Lending adherence as well as advocate and identify opportunities and solutions to mitigate Fair Lending risk.

Incumbents drive coordination among internal and external partners to ensure Fair Lending Program Framework execution. Specifically, the individual oversees and monitors performance metrics, the regulatory environment, and partners with key front line units to influence and / or drive initiatives as well as ensure course correction of tactics and strategies to drive mitigation of Fair Lending risk.

Additionally, the individual will be responsible for evaluating strategies relative to the external market, industry and competitive forces as changes in the economy, regulatory and political environments occur.

They partner with the front line units to influence the evolution / development and implementation of processes, controls, key products, programs and initiatives that aid in the mitigation and remediation of risk.

In conjunction with key stakeholders, they formulate, implement and manage operational risk management, policies, procedures, standards, and programs with enterprise-wide impact.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in Mortgage, Product Development, Credit / Underwriting, Small Business, Consumer Vehicle Lending, Consumer Product, Business Banking, Consumer Card, Customer Service or Marketing Operations and / or Compliance or Business Controls experience
  • Proven track record for Relationship Management and ability to work across and influence across multiple lines of businesses
  • Motivated self starter and intellectually curious
  • Creative problem solver
  • BS / BA Degree

Desired Qualifications :

  • Business controls and / or risk management / legal background
  • Strategy development or project management experience
  • Analytical with strong PowerPoint presentation development skill sets

Minimum Education Requirement : High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
