We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Regional HR Manager for Distribution Centers and Transportation Network at our locations preferably within driving distance of Stoughton, MA;
Middletown, CT; Cranberry, NJ. We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR professional to join our dynamic team.
As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across your designated region, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
Your role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and supporting our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Coordinate training programs and develop career paths for key roles.
- Implement and manage performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, specifically within distribution centers or transportation operations or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
- SHRM certification or equivalent is preferred.
