We’re seeking driven Field Account Executives who are eager to earn big and fuel client growth alongside us!

As a  Field Account Executive based  in New Jersey,  you’ll play a critical role in achieving our ambitious growth goals by visiting key markets, boosting in-store sales, and building strong retailer relationships while uncovering market insights and opportunities. This position combines inside and field sales, with roughly 40% of your time spent in the field - visiting accounts, prospecting new opportunities, supporting distributor partners, and driving sell-through. The other 60% will be spent managing pipelines, following up with accounts, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a sales territory and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to drive sales and brand presence.
• Prospect and close new retail and distribution accounts to grow our footprint.
• Conduct in-store visits to pitch products, support sell-in, train staff, and optimize merchandising and display opportunities.
• Serve as the go-to partner for your accounts, providing regular check-ins, reorders, product education, and issue resolution.
• Strategically manage your pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
• Partner with marketing to support retail activations, promotions, and events in your territory.
• Regularly report territory performance, trends, and competitor activity to the broader sales team and leadership.
• Represent The Pack Labs at industry events, trade shows, and distributor meetings to build relationships and grow relationships.
