JobOverview :
We are seeking anexperienced and skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager tojoin our team. As a key member of our project management team youwill be responsible for overseeing the installation of highendresidential landscapes ensuring exceptional quality and timelydelivery.
You will work closely with our awardwinning LandscapeArchitects clients and internal teams to manage projects frominception to completion including the transition to ongoingmaintenance.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Developand manage project budgets and contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients general contractorsdesign teams and subcontractors
- Oversee allaspects of landscape construction projects ensuring timely andwithinbudget delivery
- Collaborate withMaintenance Project Managers to ensure seamless projecttransitions
- Participate in horticultureequipment and safety training for field staff
Requirements :
- 5 years of professional landscapeexperience
- Bachelors degree in LandscapeArchitecture Construction Management Engineering Horticulture or arelated field (desired)
- 3 years of clientservice experience within the landscape industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with BlueBeamsoftware (preferred)
- Strong ability to readplan sets and specifications with the ability to quickly sketchdetails for clarification and review
- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
- ValidWashington State drivers license
