WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Responsibility for all regional aspects of sales operations for the US business
- Closely collaborate with sales management and leadership from a strategic and operational standpoint
- Support global and regional sales leadership with data-driven insights
- Maintain the sales productivity stack for Sales Development Reps, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Partner Managers
- Contribute to territory and quota planning, quoting / deal support, global forecasting cadence, and orchestration of Sales OKRs
- Provide operational support to the sales team and other cross-functional stakeholders
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2+ years of experience in sales ops in a B2B scale-up environment, preferably within SaaS industry
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Deadline-oriented, strong attention to detail, effective follow-up, flexible, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently but knows when to ask questions;
accountable and takes ownership of work
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP and INDEX / MATCH, advanced IF statements) and the ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Strong team player with organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and with leadership
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC Admin Certification ideal)
