As an IT Recruiter at Spiria, you'll get to :

  • Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.).
  • Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process.
  • Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience.
  • Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Participate in career fairs and develop partnerships with schools or organizations in order to increase Spiria's presence in the IT sector in Canada.
  • Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

What you need to succeed :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of IT and software development.
  • Master the use of social media and the best sourcing techniques.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully solicit, convince and close successful hires.
  • Knowledge of an ATS system, we use LEVER.
  • Knowledge of common job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HR will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the DFO tool will be considered an asset.
  • Be passionate about people and their stories in order to identify the best cultural fits.
