Customer Care Representative - Call Center is a vital member of our customer support team located on-site at the Batteries Plus corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI.

In this role as the Customer Care Representative - Call Center , you will answer a high volume of incoming calls in an inbound customer call center office environment.

Our Customer Care Representatives Responsibilities :

• Interface with customers via phone, email, online media, survey platforms and mail - maintaining a positive representation of the company, stores and associated brand
• Act as a first contact point for all customers for technical assistance, cross reference questions, promotions, website navigation and order placement questions
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues using a variety of resources and document details using the call tracking application
• Communicate best practices, program options and policy elements with corporate and franchise owned locations

Qualifications :

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of six months experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications :

• Call Center experience helpful
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Associates Degree in business, communication or related field preferred
• Basic typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite
• Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer inquiries
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent organizational qualities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
