Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols ofthe healthcare organization.

Responsible for providing assessments and obstetrical testing topatients.+ Assess and perform obstetrical evaluations and testing on pregnant patients for pregnancy andnon-pregnancy related complaints.

• Responsible for triaging complaints and communicating findings to the advanced practice provider or provider for further evaluation or treatment.
• Facilitate complete workup and provide throughput to home or admission to Labor and Delivery for treatment and delivery.
• Provide discharge education to patients specific to pregnancy related concerns and plan additional treatment(s) for patients.

Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration : + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.Education : + Diploma from an accredited school / college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.
