At Quantivly, our mission is to help hospitals provide better imaging care to more patients. We are a spin-off from Boston Children's Hospital building the Digital Twin of Radiology Operations to revolutionize the way radiology operations are managed.

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead commercial efforts. You will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to gain experience in the product, customer experience, messaging, and build a strategy that prioritizes revenue growth and revenue quality.

The role will focus heavily on growing the funnel, generating sales qualified leads (SQL), and progressing deals under the mentorship of the CCO.

There is a path to Account Executive, Director, and VP of Sales for the right candidate based on performance.

Ideally, you are :

  • Knowledgeable and curious about radiology workflows, organizational structure, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Comfortable in a technical sales process and able to speak the language to customers and partners.
  • Excited about learning a technical product at a low-level. You should know the product deeply and confidently speak to the benefits of stakeholders.
  • Someone with a founder mentality that thrives in an environment of uncertainty and accountability that exists within early stage startups.
  • Somebody not expecting a polished "sales manual", but a "doer" who will build that manual with us - The MVP we sell today is different from the product we will sell in 1 year.

You will be responsible for :

  • Lead generation, including identifying potential customers, managing outreach strategies, and nurturing leads through initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, and utilizing data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Traveling to relevant trade-shows and being the main booth contact.
  • Developing detailed reports of trade shows.
  • Developing and managing the Go-To-Market strategy with the CCO.
  • Developing and managing the marketing effort and strategy with CCO.
  • Building a professional network of KOL in radiology and peer-to-peer marketing.
  • Messaging and speaking about Quantivly in various forms (webinars, tradeshows, social media, blog posts, ).
  • Presenting to the board a clear view of the customer pipeline and projected revenues.
  • Set and discuss your OKRs and tie them with business objectives.

  • Remote-first (HQ in Somerville, MA).
