Job Title : Program Manager Loan Default / Collections
Job Location : Remote
Job Type : Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation : $70-$80 / hour will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience
No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position

General Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Default and Collections Software Advocate to lead the assessment and enhancement of a client’s Default and Collections software
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with an external software vendor to ensure their recommendations align with our client's needs and objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Default and Collections domain for consumer and mortgage, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive the implementation of agreed-upon solutions.
Job Requirements :
- Extensive experience in the Default and Collections space, with in-depth knowledge of software functionality and IT mapping.
- Strong ability to critically assess and validate third-party recommendations, particularly from software vendors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to challenge and refine existing recommendations, offering alternative solutions when appropriate.
- Experience working with external vendors, especially within the financial services industry, is highly preferred.
