We're seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Certified Lead Water Restoration Technician / Crew Chief.
In this role, you will perform all restoration services the company has to offer, assess damaged properties to see what can be saved, cleaning damaged properties, remove and replace damaged materials, and sanitize the home to complete restoration.
To be successful in the role, you have the ability to communicate and listen with professionalism and compassion, have a keen understanding of the industry, safety gear, project specifications, and possessing leadership qualities that encourage your crew to meet and exceed project goals in a time efficient manner.
Core Responsibilities :
- Explaining job specifications to the customer, responding to complaints and performing other customer service duties.
- Handling any issues caused by water damage, including drying out the area and removing mold.
- Sanitizing structural features that can be saved.
- Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
Qualifications :
- Education and Experience : High school diploma (or GED).
- Mathematical Skills : Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
- Computer Skills : Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations : Certification in performing appropriate services : Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $25 - $30 per hour
40-60 hours per week.
