The AtlantaInformation Management (AIM) program management director : policy(PMDP) is

accountable for ensuring appropriate policycontrols are in place for information technology (IT)

expectations citywide. The PMDP is responsible for overseeing theaudit controls process and findings

directly impactingAIM. In this role the PMDP also serves as the chair of AIMsarchitecture review

board. The PMDP works closely withAIM leadership to ensure reduction of risk via changecontrol

policy documentation and auditresolution.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates manages and leads special projects assignments auditsand tasks to ensure successful

execution

Ensures the City is appropriately managing the confidentialityintegrity and availability of data and

systems throughthe management of policy and procedures

Oversees AIMpolicy management lifecycle

Works closely with CityAuditor and AIM leadership regarding audit findings and auditcoordination

Proactively address all auditfindings

Responsible for ensuring the department alignsto expectations with citywide records retention

policy

As architecture review board chair this role isresponsible for facilitating meetings overseeing the

change process escalating concerns raised by the board tracking andreporting of all changes

Escalates all risks and issuesimpacting the department from a policy audit or controlsperspective

Ensures highquality results for all areasunder the control and oversight of thePMDP
