Overview : We are seeking a versatile and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead Hunter Quinn Homes' digital marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will manage and execute email marketing, SMS campaigns, content creation, and organic social media efforts while coordinating with external agencies for SEO and PPC initiatives.

Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities : Digital Marketing Strategy Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

This includes setting clear goals, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate channels and tactics. Social Media Management Strategy & Execution Execute Hunter Quinn Homes and Home Sights social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring that our messaging is consistent and aligns with organizational sales goals.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent online presence Monitor and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

Provide regular (monthly / quarterly / annual) reports on social media performance to marketing director Email and SMS Marketing : Strategy & Execution Lead the development and execution of email marketing and SMS campaigns to nurture leads, engage realtors, and enhance customer relationships.

Strategically segment email lists and personalize content to effectively target specific audiences. Own the growth of Hunter Quinn’s email / SMS lists Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.

PPC and SEO Support : Agency Coordination Collaborate with external agencies and marketing director to execute and refine PPC and SEO strategies that align with Hunter Quinn Homes’ overall marketing goals.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Provide strategic direction to external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and achieve desired outcomes.

Integrate new product lines or geographic markets into PPC and SEO strategies, coordinating closely with agencies for seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Content Creation : Strategy & Execution Coordinate with external vendors / agencies and internal team members to produce various types of content that can be shared across mediums (video, photo, graphics, etc.

Ensure all content aligns with Hunter Quinn Homes’ brand voice and marketing strategy. Requirements : Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

3 years of experience (at least 1 year of post-graduate experience) in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns Comfortable and experienced managing professional social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok) and email marketing tools, with experience in segmenting and targeting audiences Experience coordinating with external agencies Strong understanding of ROI metrics and digital marketing KPI / performance analysis Technical and Professional Skills : Digital Marketing Strategy : Expert in creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms / tactics.

Understands how each tactic works together as part of a larger strategy to support business goals. Email / SMS Marketing Execution : Experience executing and optimizing successful email / SMS marketing campaigns and growing contact lists.

Social Media : Experienced in managing professional social media accounts, creating and executing content calendars, and producing engaging content to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Marketing Analytics : Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics; ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;

experience with A / B testing and other optimization techniques. Marketing Technology Expertise : Skilled in using various tools, including CRM systems (e.
