Description

As a key player in developing datadriven solutions to solve realworld business challenges you will collaborate with customers perform advanced data analytics and create predictive models.

Your innovative approach will harness machine learning and artificial intelligence to deliver impactful solutions enabling customers to make informed datadriven decisions through prototypes and scalable production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship & Growth : Mentor team members and lead by example fostering skills development in machine learning and AI.

Customer Engagement : Guide customers on the opportunities and risks of AI helping them integrate AI solutions into their operations.

Model Building : Design and develop custom algorithms data models and predictive models from scratch.

Data Optimization : Integrate and optimize noisy data from various sources to build and maintain machine learning algorithms.

Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver actionable insights through reports and visualizations.

A / B Testing & Analysis : Analyze the outcomes of growth programs and tests providing datadriven recommendations.

Data Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy and quality of data by monitoring and working closely with relevant teams.

Trend Research : Stay informed about industry trends and offer solutions that align with customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 8 years in data analytics and modeling.

Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Python machine learning tools (Hadoop TensorFlow Apache Spark) and deep learning frameworks.

Database Expertise : Proficient in relational keyvalue and document databases.

Visualization Tools : Experience with tools such as D3 Dash Tableau or ggplot.

Cloud Computing : Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS Azure Databricks and GCP.

Agile Work Environment : Ability to work effectively within an agile team setting.

Clearance : Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (active clearance preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.

Knowledge of fullstack development and software architecture.
