Request #1 - Neuro Zayed OR :
- 3- 12 hour shifts
- Rotations : 7am - 7pm; 9am - 9pm; & 11am - 11pm
- Monday - Friday with rotating day off & on call rotations
- On call schedule : 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per 6-week schedule
- No set scheduling or block scheduling
- 13-week Contract
- Experience with Neuro, Trauma, and Ortho
Request #2 - Weinberg OR :
- 3- 12 hour shifts
- Rotations : M-F 7am - 7 : 30pm (with rotating day off); 8am - 8 : 30pm Thursdays
- On call schedule : 5-6 weekday and 1 weekend / holiday per 6-week schedule
- Call is scheduled to cover emergencies only during the time that the OR is closed
- No set scheduling or block scheduling
- 13- week Contract
- Experience with Robotics and Transplant
