Responsibilities :
Access, enter and interpret computerized data / information.
Facilitate communication with various health care team members, patients, and families.
Set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
Solve clinical nursing issues and conduct quality improvement research utilization projects.
Effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
Meet the core job responsibilities following practice setting demands for the patient populations regularly served.
Effectively manage stress due to critical issues related to patient care, changing organizational climate, and personnel issues.
Experience Required for Your Success
Required Minimum Education :
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited / approved school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s) :
- RN State License (Single or Compact license)
- Basic Life Support
Required Minimum Experience :
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Direct patient care experience is preferred
