KeyResponsibilities :
Perform routinemaintenance tasks including plumbing electrical HVAC and generalrepairs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipmentmalfunctions.
Ensure all maintenance activitiesare completed in a timely manner.
Maintainmaintenance logs and report on activities.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe workenvironment.
Assist with the installation andmaintenance of machinery and equipment.
Conductinspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree orcertification is a plus.
Proven experience as amaintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVACsystems.
Excellent troubleshootingskills.
Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
Good communication andinterpersonal skills.
Attention to detail andstrong organizational skills.
