Front Desk Receptionist (Fill In / As Needed) - Behavioral Healthcare

Status : Fill-In, As Needed, PRN

Available Shifts : (Sunday 4pm - 8pm) or (Thursday 4pm - 8pm) & / or (Saturday 11am - 8pm or 4pm - 8pm)

Pay : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour dependent on education and work experience

Locations : 763 North 1650 West, SPRINGVILLE

Provo Canyon School is a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving youth who may be dealing with emotional, behavioral or academic challenges.

We work with boys and girls, ages 12 through 17. For more than 40 years, we have continued to enhance, expand and improve services and resources for our students and their families.

Your Responsibilities will include :

• Personally responds to direct request or questions from customers in a timely manner
• Flexible work schedule; availability for evening, weekend, and holidays
• Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
• Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information; updating the communication log at the end of every shift
• Prepared to collaborate with other departments to assist with various requests and shift coverage

Qualifications

Your Qualifications will include :

• MUST be 21 years of age or older , REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
• Acceptable oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain information as highly confidential and familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred
• Skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school
