As a Software Engineer on our NLP Team, you will :
- Work collaboratively with senior research analysts and quantitative researchers to build and improve Natural Language Process (NLP) systems and automate data processing process.
- Design research applications to analyze equity focused alternative data.
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
- Build data quality tools to enable smooth system operations
- Assist with managing software development cycle including setting up and maintaining CI / CD pipelines
- Provide support for the system and be proactive in resolving issues in a timely manner

To be considered a good technical fit, you must have :
- A Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in a quantitative, engineering, computer science, or related field. Or equivalent experience
- Excellence with Python and C / C++
- 5+ years of development experience
- Extensive experience with entire software development cycle from design to deployment
- Strong knowledge of CI / CD tools, such as TeamCity, Jenkins, AWS
Bonus points for :
- Hands on experience working with container technologies (Docker, Podman)
- Understanding of Kubernetes and Databricks as a platform
- Aptitude for designing infrastructure, data products, and tools for Data Scientists
- Financial industry experience
