Assists and supports Estimating, Engineering and Project Managers, providing clerical-level services for the Project Service, Maintenance and Integration Group.
Supports the estimating department, project managers and engineers performing front end tasks for projects utilizing the internal processes and procedures developed for estimating and project execution.
Assist in generating cost estimates, proposal, procurement, billings, work documents for field crews including but not limited to work drawings, SDS, and data sheets, JSA's, work requests and schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

- Customer liaison regarding hardware sale
- Generate cost estimates for labor, materials and equipment using policies and procedures
- Generate proposal documents for projects and hardware sales
- Get Quotes from Cleveland or Outside Supplier as needed
- Create purchase requisitions for hardware orders and ship to customer
- Create Job File in Regulus - Add all supporting documents
- Work up project billing and change orders for Time and Material projects
- Advise accounting when to invoice, including any additional freight charge
- Inside support for hardware and small maintenance projects
- Requisition and release equipment for small maintenance projects
- Reserve Automobiles as needed for crews and create purchase order
- Work with Project Managers and Project Lead on an as needed basis

- Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.

- Assist outside sales team in executing and achieving their territory and market business plans.

Customer liaison regarding hardware sale
Generate cost cial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues
- Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team via phone and email.
- Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
- Utilizes product drawings, packaging drawings, manufacturing routings, material usage, and material cost data to prepare bills of materials.
- Files and retrieves engineering documents and drawings in and from the master file.
- Compiles reports on progress of projects, costs, and inventory levels.
Education and Experiences
- Experience 35 Years in Engineering Administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working understanding of network communications technology Internet, Intranet, VPN, etc.
- Ability to develop and communicate with the project teams and administration
Preferred Experiences :
Customer Service or Sales Support experience.
Educational Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree is preferred
