SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - REMOTE
Now recruiting on behalf of a SaaS / Tech company in the Atlanta region for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT. The company is private equity backed, mid-sized, and focused on scaling for ongoing growth.
They offer remote flexibility (only very occasional travel) and are seeking someone based in the Atlanta market. They also offer a competitive compensation package, career growth potential, and a great leadership team.
The SENIOR ACCOUNTANT will have varied responsibilities that include : period close end, complex reconciliations, driving process improvements, GAAP compliance, serving as a liaison with external auditors, variance analysis, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
The right candidate for this SENIOR ACCOUNTANT role will have :
- Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- CPA designation (or on track to complete the CPA exams)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Big 4 audit preferred (or other national / large regional firms)
- Experience in corporate accounting, including month end close, reconciliations, and working with auditors.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience working in SaaS or related tech industry is preferred
- Track record of job stability and career progression
