PURPOSE : The Marketing Analyst will support Wondr Health B2B2C Marketing by determining ways to build our B2B marketing leads, and identifying B2C audiences, strategies, and tactics to maximize participant enrollment and engagement.

This role is responsible for : marketing data, analytics and insight and marketing performance reporting. The successful candidate will be a curious, collaborative, innovative, and tech-savvy marketing partner who excels at elevating marketing and business performance with data analysis and insight.

This role is critical for growth and revenue functions of the company including new sales, participant acquisition and enrollment, and participant engagement and retention.

This role will ensure effective spending of our marketing budget. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Responsibilities : What You will Do 1.

Data strategy 2. Develop and execute a data strategy to collect, organize , and analyze B2B and B2C Marketing data effectively, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

3. Clean and transform data for effective and accurate analysis . 4. Manage data augmentation effort , including Tagging managed in Google Tag Manager, VWO, or any other tool used for web-tracking.

5. Establish marketing attribution methodology and multi-touch attribution fo r B2B and B2C tactics. 1. Data analysis 2.

Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends . 3. Evaluate Marketing campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize for improved performance and ROI;

identify most profitable tactics, channels, and audience segments. 4. Run A / B and multi variate test s for email, SMS, other campaigns, and landing pages to optimize performance.

1. Performance tracking and reporting 2. Identify business intelligence requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

3. Establish marketing performance benchmarks; regularly track and anal yze performance metrics; manage marketing forecasting and prediction models.

4. Create, maintain, and distribute reports and visual, interactive dashboards that provide action-oriented insights to Marketing, Sales , Client, Product and Operations teams and track progress against Marketing KPIs and corporate goals.

1. Audience segmentation 2. Coll a borate to define target audiences and their behavi ors. 3. Utilize audience segmentation and profiling to tailor B2B Marketing strategies and improve targeting.

4. Define participant / prospective participant segmentation and personalization criteria to improve adoption and engagement.

1. Competitor analysis 2. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor's strategies , providing recommendations for compet itive advantage.

3. Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, marketing trends, and marketing benchmarks to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

1. Marketing analytics center of excellence 2. Ensure marketing analytics innovation and best practices. 3. Research and implement new tools to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Collaborate with IT to maintain marketing analytics software and integrations. QUALIFICATIONS : Education : Bachelor of Science (B.

S.), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or equivalent degree; with specialization in business analytics, data analytics, marketing, or relevant field.

Experience : Five years marketing analytics experience including experience with SEM / SEO, website analytics and marketing campaigns.

Technical Requirements : + Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. + Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and CDP platforms including - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Salesforce, Hightouch and SQL / data base queries.

  • Experience with business analytics and data visualization platforms, PowerBI preferred. Requirements : Skills + Results driven.

Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed.

Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties.

Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed.
