Lead HVAC Installer

Job Type : Full-time
Pay Range : $60,000-$80,000 per year
About Us : We are a dynamic HVAC company specializing in residential and light commercial projects, including small office buildings and warehouses.

Responsibilities :
- Perform HVAC installations, including changeouts, new installs, retrofits, new constructions, and remodels
- Act as a foreman when needed, efficiently taking records and notes
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all work
- Train others as needed
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Capable of acting as a foreman, taking records, and notes efficiently
- Strong focus on precision and accuracy
- Comfortable training others (preferred but not required) Benefits :
