We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a General Labor Production role. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness in your assigned area. You will have the opportunity to engage in various tasks such as loading and unloading grain cars and operating wheel loaders. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to keeping the facility clean and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Shovel and scoop grain dust to maintain cleanliness.
• Keep assigned areas clean as the primary duty.
• Load and unload grain cars efficiently.
• Operate wheel loaders safely and effectively.
• Utilize computer systems to process data accurately.
• Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, dusting, and shoveling to keep equipment clean.
• Assist the maintenance team as needed.
• Help with railcar loading and unloading.
• Handle grain and feed responsibly.

Work in an industrial setting with a farm-like atmosphere, surrounded by large buildings, grain bins, and equipment. Daytime hours are from 7 : 30 am to 4 pm, with the possibility of working on other shifts or rotating shifts upon hire. The team size is typically 5-7 members, and you'll work independently, staying busy with tasks. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a long-sleeve t-shirt for safety.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 / hr.
