We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This position involves entering, updating, and maintaining data within our database systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inputting various types of data accurately and efficiently into the company database or management system.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Assisting with data cleaning and organization projects as required.
- Collaborating with team members to improve data input processes.
- Generating and producing reports based on the entered data.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills (preferably 40 WPM or higher) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
