We are a consulting firm looking for candidates who are eager to EARN and LEARN.
Experience in a law firm or mortgage processing is a huge plus. Must be bilingual (English / Spanish).
Conveniently located office with a nurturing environment. Payroll is every Friday!
We are looking to interview and hire immediately.
Primary duties :
- Minimum of 2 years office experience using basic office equipment such as scanners and copiers.
- Collecting and handling payment.
- Maintain client files by processing, recording and updating information using Excel spreadsheets.
- Interact with current and potential clients by answering product and service questions.
- Communicate with clients by telephone, email to obtain missing information and provide status updates.
- Diligently file client applications
- Report to management the status of each client file.
- Communicate and correspond with governmental agencies.
Required Skills :
- Bilingual (must speak English / Spanish fluently)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management.
- Detail oriented; must be able to meet deadlines and multitask.
- Strong typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
