Job Description
This role is specifically within DnA, a division of SOCOTEC. We are currently looking for a Level II Structural Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Field Engineer who can perform NDT using Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing with at least 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities :
- Performing structural inspections for various jobs in the NYC Area.
- Performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using UT and MT.
- Equipment provided.
- Write and submit reports within 48 hours of inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or 5+ years as a Structural NDT Field Engineer required.
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Level II.
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Tech Level II.
- CWI or ICC Structural Welding / Bolting Preferred Qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
- College Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- ACI or ICC Concrete Special Inspector.
- ICC Spray fireproofing.
- ICC Masonry.
- OSHA 30 Suspended Scaffolding Card.
