Job Title : Sr. Software Engineer - Java
Location(s) : McLean, VA
Responsibilities :
A Java Developer - JavaScript & NodeJs designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains systems, applications, networks, and / or telecom and related processes to meet the functional objectives of the business.
Assesses system, application, network, and / or telecom needs, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates and implement new advanced technologies.
Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions. Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project.
Responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.
Qualifications / Experience :
Need overall 5+ years of hands-on exp.
Exp. with JavaScript is needed.
Will need to work collaboratively and independently.
Will be involved in designing and implementing new features.
Will be developing existing software systems using SDLC standards.
Will be a key member of the agile team and will be providing guidance to the team.
Will be providing solutions.
Will be working on migration projects, product development, and compliance.
Strong exp. in JavaScript and AWS is needed.
Need to have an exp. with MicroServices.
Exp. with NodeJS is preferred.
Exp. with CICD, Docker, and Kubernetes would be nice to have.
