Position Overview :
We are seeking a driven Litigation Attorney to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in insurance defense, representing clients across various litigation matters.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of legal experience
- Courtroom experience, or strong willingness to develop courtroom skills
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Active Oklahoma law license
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation
- Perform legal research and analysis
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Engage in courtroom proceedings to gain valuable trial experience
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys
