Responsibilities :
- Perform grooming services to neighbors' expectations and breed standards
- Ensure salon is following safety and company procedures
- Complete weekly paperwork and scheduling
- Balance time between management duties and some grooming appointments
- Staff salons according to needs
- Monitor and process payroll
- Provide support and recognition to salon team
- Providing a positive experience to all neighbor (clients)
Qualifications :
- Be a graduate of a grooming school or have 3 or more years of PROFESSIONAL grooming experience
- Have at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Be proficient in all breed standard haircuts
- Be able to work a flexible schedule
- Be able to move, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
