Pay : $14-$16 / hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you will provide personal care and supportive services that allow patients to remain safely and comfortably at home. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a vital role in maintaining clients' health, dignity, and independence.

✅ Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

Support daily living needs including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Provide companionship and help arrange or provide transportation to appointments.

Take and record vital signs as instructed by the supervising nurse.

Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the RN or Clinical Nurse Manager.

Document care provided daily per agency policies.

⚙️ Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program (minimum 75 hours) and competency exam.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Negative TB test and ability to pass background checks.

Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward patient care.
