Elevate your career in international logistics with our vibrant team! We're looking for a dedicated Korean-speaking Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator to join our rapidly growing division in Buena Park, CA.

What You'll Do :
- Mastermind the logistics lifecycle for both air and ocean shipments, ensuring seamless execution.
- Craft, oversee, and streamline shipping documentation, bookings, schedules, and customs clearance.
- Be the go-to problem solver for customer inquiries, fostering strong relationships with international partners.
- Lead monthly financial settlements with precision, including billing and profit / loss reporting.
- Enhance our logistics performance by maintaining and elevating KPIs.
What We Need From You :
- A passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills.
- A blend of independence and teamwork, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Korean bilingual
- 1 or more years of experience in international logistics operations
