What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be an integral part of our team, and you'll be tasked with :

• High-Volume Outreach : Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies.
• Sales and Education : Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
• Client Relationship Building : Network and establish strong relationships with new clients.
• Sales Cycle Management : Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• Rapport Building : Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively.
• Phone and Interpersonal Skills : Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships over the phone.
• Sales Expertise : Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Sales Cycle Management : Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Preferred Experience : Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance).
