Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Commercial / Industrial Foreman experience
  • MA Journeyman's Electrical License with the ability and willingness to obtain a Master's License
  • Knowledge of the NEC and how to apply it to a project effectively
  • OSHA 10 card

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to

  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to accurately estimate time, cost, materials, and labor
  • Able to work and communicate with Engineers and Architects regularly and respectfully
  • Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Directly supervise field employees in accordance with organizational policies
  • Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
  • Manage foreman scheduling
  • Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimate changes and adjustments
  • Assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs against bids throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare estimates for vendor or subcontractor selection
  • Review material and labor requirements to determine whether to produce or purchase components
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and external organizations

  • Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
