Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years of Commercial / Industrial Foreman experience
MA Journeyman's Electrical License with the ability and willingness to obtain a Master's License
Knowledge of the NEC and how to apply it to a project effectively
OSHA 10 card

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to accurately estimate time, cost, materials, and labor

Able to work and communicate with Engineers and Architects regularly and respectfully

Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

Directly supervise field employees in accordance with organizational policies

Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees

Manage foreman scheduling

Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimate changes and adjustments

Assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs against bids throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare estimates for vendor or subcontractor selection

Review material and labor requirements to determine whether to produce or purchase components

Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and external organizations

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
