Spartan Plumbing is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Centerville, Ohio as a full-time Call-by-Call Sales Lead .

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
The Call-by-Call Sales Lead will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm . As the Call-by-Call Sales Lead, your primary responsibilities will include guiding team members to provide exceptional service in clients' homes.
You will ensure that team members follow established processes and procedures, track team member activities during appointments / calls, create replacement or corrective option solutions in real-time interactions, qualify clients for turnover opportunities, and present and sell solutions using electronic and video interactive software.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CALL-BY-CALL SALES LEAD?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing and drains sales or a compatible service role
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Slack, Service Titan, and Microsoft Office Suite
