Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 / hour.

Towerlight on Wooddale is looking for a Resident Assistant / Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications to improve and / or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful assisted living and memory care building in Park, MN.
- This caregiver schedule includes;
- 48 hours per two weeks
- Evening shift; shift differential of $1 / hr
- Every other weekend rotation and holiday rotation

- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to : bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers / lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include : laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required Skills :
- Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
- CNA certificated if under 18.
Preferred Education / Experience / Skills :
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA
